I am looking for Tech for the donation. 3mil per 100 is standard rate for Tech. Donations are going for approx 15 to 21+ mil per deal. I need 500 Tech for the deal. (terms and payment will be arranged once selection of nation is complete, not all tech goes to my nation) I am not new to this game, and I will only accept known people.
