Not so sure. According to the good ol' CN wiki, there are three basic neutral alliances without going to five member AA's: - [url=http://cybernations.wikia.com/wiki/The_Democratic_Order]The Democratic Order[/url] (aqua) - [url=http://cybernations.wikia.com/wiki/Green_Protection_Agency]Green Protection Agency[/url] (green) - [url=http://cybernations.wikia.com/wiki/Green_Old_Party]Green Old Party[/url] (green) Links go to the alliance's respective wiki page. I've never heard of GOP, and the wiki says they are pretty conservative. Not my type, but that is they. GPA is well aged and mature, and almost never posts on these forums to preserve neutrality. TDO is pretty cool at times, and is pretty good at the neutral thing. I don't know the tech raiding policies of any of these alliances. You can ask them on IRC or PM someone in game from the AA.
