"Well if Charles plans to rule Gallia in his own stead, then his titles to Normandy and Burgundy, which lay for the most part under Aquitainian control. Especially Normandy would be forfeit. I do not want His Majesty influencing both my people and his own country. He can rule in Gallia fine and I care not about his Prussian titles, but his French titles. They must be forfeit."
