Should Nagase need any assistance from the Kingdom of Scotland, all they must do is ask. We also welcome you to apply to join the Western European Union, should you feel so inclined. [/quote] We thank Scotland for its help and offer to join. Since we do not yet have a single leader, and are still establishing ourselves, we must put off applying to any pacts or treaties.
