Now it says he has 41,125 supporters which would include his soldiers. So you subtract 2007 soldiers leaving him with 39418 working citizens. Now if you divide 2007 by 39418 you should get his soldier percentage. Now correct me if I am wrong, but if you go below 20% soldiers you have a problem called anarchy. This guy doesn't have that problem even with his 5.1% soldier percentage. Am I right, he should be in anarchy? If not what did I do wrong?
