Karesh Posted November 22, 2007 Report Share Posted November 22, 2007 I had just reached 1000 population and had some money left over so I decided to buy a harbor, I went to buy it confirmed and it deducted $200,000 but didn't buy the harbor. However, if you are positive you bought the harbor, it deducted $200,000, then it may be a bug.
