Joint Announcement from Soldiers of Legion and The Legion

Upon a conference meeting with representatives of Soldiers of Legion and The Legion, we have both agreed to a withdrawal from the previous white peace agreement that had been announced earlier this day. This announcement reflects a miscommunication on the part of both parties. The issue has been resolved and we consider the matter closed.

For any interested parties:

- SoL and Legion are at peace
- Legion and Sparta are still at war.

Don't believe us? Fine, but don't be surpised when you log in and find the Legion person you're at war with has attacked your nation. Or, if you are an observer, don't be surprised when you find your Sparta acquaintance or friend still being attacked.

I think the source of the confusion in this thread is that SoL and legion had a separate white peace before the later peace discussions announced here
http://forums.cybernations.net/index.php?showtopic=80579

This topic looks like it's a withdrawal from that peace agreement but if I understand things right this is a withdrawal from the bigger peace announcement posted by sparta. Makes me wonder why SoL were even signatories on the later peace document since they had already left the war the day before.

Overall I'd say this situation is fairly confusing.

It's not clear to me whether Legion has surrendered or is still fighting at the moment, but I'm not in any hurry to find out as I'm sure there'll be several more Legion flip-flops during the next 48 hours. I hope one day when this war is over that they publish their government conversations that took place last night so we can all share in what must have been a spectacular affair.
