After implementation, let the alliances duke it out themselves if one guy somehow manages to take over foundership. But as for creating the founder, why not do it like the old masking in the previous forum? There would be far fewer masks (not all alliance members, just founders), and this would be to prevent anyone taking over the New Pacific Order or the like. Once the main alliances have their founders, it could just be opened up and no mods would have to be involved. This would Greatly enhance the game more than any other possible modification.
