We don’t make threats in this country, we offer cautionary reminders. It begins with Iberia, then we’ll see Americans colonizing France, then Germany and before long Russia. We’re at a pivotal moment in Europe, and we can’t afford to have outsiders meddling in our affairs.

"Quite simply, the people of the region wished to become a part of Spain... Unless of course, the area of land in question has no people occupying it, before Louisiana arrives, this transfer goes against the will of the people, and as such Rebel Army condemns it. If there are no people in said land portion, then we have no opinion on this matter. Though regardless, we offer to house all parties involved in this situation to discuss this matter with words and diplomacy, and Rebel Army offers to host these proposed negotiations in Gibraltar."

A Scottish ultimatum from London... Maybe you should move to Edinburgh 'King Douglas Of Scotland' to give your ultimatum more strength.

Your ignorance is astounding. The capital of Scotland is Edinburgh. It has never been London nor will it ever be. You have embarrassed yourself rather nicely.

We think you are being Paranoid. Why start a problem where one did not exist? We do not love the Americans anymore than you do, but we do not wish to see war again. We also seem to lack the troops and equipment to fight one anyway...for some reason, we have seem to missplaced our Tanks...

"A good agreement would be to let Louisiana keep the territory, but mandatorily DMZing it, only keeping a nominal Police Force. That's better than...this circus we see here."

That would prevent a military base from being a military base. Scotland has neither the right nor the authority to demand anything of Louisiana. Louisiana will not DMZ their own sovereign territory.

Should Louisiana be able to compromise and ensure this is a non-militarised zone, this issue can be resolved peacefully. This is a perfect example of Louisiana edging us on in an attempt to provoke us. Such hostility would not be accepted by any esteemed nation.

That would be considered equally unacceptable by our standards and understandably so. What is difficult to understand about this concept?
"After reviewing it in more detail, yes, we find their base in Oceania as an issue of colonialism and imperialism, but our region is Europe, we are not the global police."

We suggest Scotland become more up to date on world events... Guam is ours in the same fashion Louisiana has their military base on the Iberian peninsula. Going to come after us now to?

Molakia wishes to propose the idea of a Multi-National Peacekeeping force to be put ASAP between Scotland and the Ragin Cajun lands in Iberia. Molakia has little interest in the lands to begin with, and we offer our soldiers to do this. That way, both sides can stop posturing on the world stage and come down to New Kotka and actually talk like intelligent and civil people.

Perhaps you should follow the example of the nations in Oceania and allow a legal transfer of land to take place.

We will not allow Europe to be colonized.

What reason does Louisiana have for building a military installation in Europe? It is a completely belligerent action and your stubbornness to remove it shows that you clearly have a plan for it.

As stated by Finland, we are not the world police. We most certainly condemn your actions nonetheless. We also do not appreciate your implied threats nor your provocations, as you seek to further destabilise this issue.

You forget, it is you who threatened Louisiana first.

We thank Molakia for their offer of assistance, but we can not in good conscious allow foreign troops onto our soil when Scotland has continuously threatened war.

To Molakia

We’re being realistic. Colonization doesn’t stay confined, it grows and grows until the resistance of the natives becomes too powerful for the conquers to control, then the cycle starts all over again. We’re not starting the problem, the problem already existed, we’re just picking a side.

Yes, Louisiana does have a plan for the projects they build, surprising, isn't it?

"In that case, you admit that you simply want the territory not to help the people but to make a War Base, which in turn is wanted for war, then the territory is merely a platorm for war."

It is a military base, not a war base. A military base is used for both offensive and defensive measures.
