WolfsPride
First let me say that I DO NOT poach nor does wolfpack. Now when a member from another alliance approaches me and asks about joining our alliance, I do not consider that poaching. They came to me, not vise versa. I'll gladly tell them that if they have no debt or political ties with thier current alliance, that they are welcome to fill out a join application. Question; How many here would consider that poaching?
Itsuki Koizumi
i surely wouldn't as in that sense, they are quitting their own alliance and joining yours, not something pressuring or asking another to bail on their current alliance
jer
My answer would depend on whether I felt like attacking you or not.

Lord n00b II
Whether or not something like this is poaching depends on who initiates the conversation about switching alliances. Since he approached you about joining your alliance (and you didn't see something to the effect of "Yeah, and if you join I'll make sure your [insert awesome gov position here]"), I would say that you were not poaching another alliance.
