Weird War Glitch?

I don't know what happened, but a couple days ago I declared war on a nation. Something like "Helghast" or whatever, in the wolf alliance. Frankly, to be honest, I was bored and he had a bunch of Tech to steal. In the war declaration thing I said "PM for Peace", well whatever let's get to the point.

So I was working a weird schedule at work last night from midnight until six a.m. and when I got home (about twenty minutes ago) I logged in to launch some more attacks on Helghast, and found I had received some messages from his buddies.

One was titled "y did u atak me" from this nation -> http://www.cybernations.net/nation_drill_d...ation_ID=182267

Whom I did not attack, at all. So then I clicked on my War & Battles link to see if Helghast had any troops to kill, and the war disappeared? It never said it expired, and it damn well couldn't have, I only declared a couple days ago, three at most.

I'm so confused right now, typing this after working seven hours probably isn't helping.

Someone please help me, I don't know what's going on.

Here's how I see it:

Helghast, or whatever the nation was called, got deleted. The nation that you got the "y did u atak me" from is only 1 day old, so it is probably made by the player who had Helghast.

That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Helghast was caught being a multi and deleted, hence why they disappeared from your screen.

The ruler name was "For Russia" which is the user name of the new nation that messaged you, so looks like it is take 2 for them.

Ah, that explains it. I guess I just had such great intuition to attack a multi. :]
