OOC: ICly, if you are European, there is no way you'll get the land due to the belief of "no European influence". You're better off just completely rerolling in to a new CNRP nation as Northern Sudan. EDIT: OOC: The correspondence is still private. Therefore we also must deny your request as per the Aphrike Treaty. OOC: Reroll as an African group, we'd be fine.
