Unlike most alliances that focus on bulk membership, and random aid opportunities, New Era focuses on Quality Membership, and Necessary Aid Opportunities. Typically, alliances will say they offer a great community, and friendly atmosphere....however that is relatively hard to find. New Era goes out of its way to provide you a friendly community, and will maintain a friendly aspect toward every follower and guest on our forums and IRC. As the leader of New Era, I am not up on a pedestal. I will be right with you shoulder to shoulder no matter what you go through, and I will try my hardest to help you out in every way possible, on a personal level. My actions will reflect in my government as a whole, and any Government member who does hold himself "higher" than other members will be warned, and if it still continues they will be removed.
