"Sorry," Melissa said to Ariadne as she let go and sat up. "I came here for a reason. I have something I need to do." She patted the wolf on the head. "Wish you could come with me, but...this is your home, and I don't think you would be happy where I live." Melissa stood up. "Sorry," she said to the others. "She is quite friendly. I didn't see any harm." She did turn back once to smile at Ariadne before she left again, but she and her sisters had come here with a job to do, and she knew what she was supposed to do...
