A Yuktobanian male known only as Alexander walked to the terminal. He was sent by the Yuke government under orders from the Yuke KGB to steal some important files from the GLS Military database. This mission was approved by the Deputy Prime Mininster, Dimitri Petrenko who wanted to avoid tying it up with the Prime Minister. He planned on using this data in a silent coup to overthrow the established government and replace it with a hardline dictatorship. Alexander made sure not to bring any items that could tip him off to the authorities. He would have to pass through Great Lake's only airport security first. At the end of the line, each person would have to present their passport, border pass, and a clearance from their government and GLS government to proceed. They would also be questioned. The next security checkpoint is simply a screening area to check for any forbidden items in the passengers' carry on luggage, such as explosives and weapons. The only thing he was worried about was the screening, since he doesn't know how it is people are legit here in GLS. However, he had his genuine passport and completely accurate forged copies of his border pass and direct clearance from the Yuktobanian government and forged papers from the GLS government to proceed. After Alex took his belongings, he rented a car from the car park and started driving eastwards towards the city. Alex was lucky, he would thought that the GLS people would be smarter, but he was wrong. Now he has to be even luckier if he were to try and find a way into the sewer system. For now, all he could do was rest up. Alex drove his car to a small one-bedroom apartment, a safehouse away from prying eyes. He told the owner that the apartment was previously rented. Walking up to his room, he unlocked and entered the room. He would put down his bags and walk to a closet. Opening the door, he picked up a pair of black M9's with a pair of Sound Supressors and a black spy suit. These will be necessary for his operation. The base (New City Eastern Military Base) that he was planning on targeting was located east of New City (the city is north of the RL city of Mackinaw, separated by the water). Although it boasted some tough security systems, the engineers had completely overlooked one part of the base that had a security hole in it. The sewage system. However, none of the TUO spies before the TUO-GLS war had never been able to sneak into the base without calling for an artillery strike to punch a massive gap in the base's security system. Probably they never thought the New City Eastern Military base had an unprotected sewage system, or they were completely disgusted at the idea of waddling a few miles through a thick stream of smelly sewage that contained god-knows-what, including feces. The base's sewage system was directly connected to New City's sewage system. Although it is hard to break into the sewage system, it can be accessed through some of the ancient (occupied and abandoned) buildings' basements. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Back at Detriot Metro International Airport: "Border pass, passport, and clearance papers please." an custom personal asked. The woman laid the papers onto the table and the custom personal scanned the papers and checked if they were legit in the computer. The computer popped up an message on the screen saying there was an error with the security code that the GLS clearance paper had. Turns out the clearance paper the woman handed to the custom personal had a clearance security code that was already used yesterday, by Alex. The custom personal reentered the code to double check, again, the same error message popped up. He then pressed one of the buttons beneath the table, the one that was marked with, "Code Yellow", meaning suspected fake papers. "I'm sorry, but there is something wrong with your clearance paper. Would you mind if we can escort you to the passenger clearance office to resolve the issue?" the custom personal asked as a security guard walked toward the woman. "What do you mean I have to go to some clearance office?! I have to attend my son's Christmas party on time!" the woman yelled. "Ma'am, please calm down. Maybe it was a computer error or something, but I can't do anything about it, especially with all of these people waiting here." "No, I want to see you reenter the numbers or something, NOW!" the woman demanded. "Security, escort her to the passenger clearance office." the custom asked the security guard. "Don't think I am weak, punk." the woman said. The security guard grabbed her by the arms and attempted to pull her to the passenger clearance office. The woman fiercely kicked the guard in the head, sending him tumbling forward. "Code orange, we have a hostile woman that is beating up the security guard." the custom personal said after turning on his radio. Soon, more guards came to restrain and escort the woman, but they were beaten up. They then decided to taser her, which failed to stun her the first time. "This woman is insane..." the custom person said to himself. At the end, they finally managed to pin down and handcuff the woman who had an extreme anger management issue after tasering her a few times. --------------------- OOC: The airport security won't find out who used a fake clearance paper until Alex is caught. Before he left, Alex took some pills to prevent him from geting sick from all the sewage. Leaving his safehouse, he entered his vehicle and drove around New City. After a while of driving, he came across an old, abandoned building. Alex entered the building and started searching for a way down. Eventually, Alex found a set of stairs leading to the basement. From there, he saw that there was a hole in the wall, putting his ear close to the wall, he heard running water. Alex had found his way into the sewers. He tried searching for a way to break the wall, until he found a old, rusted hammer that someone who lived here before, left behind. Using the hammer, Alex swung at the wall, breaking of a small piece, he continued this pattern for about an hour before the hole was big enough to climb through. There is a single sewage maintenance cap large enough to fit a person in the base located in the lowest floor of the main utility building of the base. Rough sketch of the base: Black: main roads (the main road protected by defenses connect the base to the naval port) Gray: Defenses Light orange: airfield Yellow: Aircraft storage/aircraft maintenance/air traffic control Dark blue: Ground vehicle storage and maintenance Tan: Vehicle training field Pink: Physical training field Light blue: Weapon training field Red: Barracks Light green: Mess hall White: Main utility building/fuel depot Brown: Office, living quarters for the sergeants, officers, generals, and anyone higher ranking than the soldiers. The first thing he did before exiting the building was setting up a C4 demolition charge that can be only activated by a wireless button. In case he got caught, he would need a distraction in order to escape. Alex left the building and hid on the side of the building, looking at the road. He needed to cross the road if he were to make it to the ATC building As soon as he saw no vehicles coming across the road, Alex took a chance and ran across the street, hoping to avoid suspiction. There weren't many guards around the inner part of the base since the outer part of the base was so well defended. However, there were plenty of cleverly disguised security cameras (such as being located in the cracks of the concrete walls) located throughout the base, and Alex was quite lucky that the camera watching the front of the building was malfunctioning. Until one of the security cameras slightly turned and stopped at the sight of two dead bodies, one of them stripped. Alarms blare, shortly followed by shouts and rapid footsteps toward the location of the dead bodies... -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- OOC: Keep in mind that the only way to access the main server is hack into a computer in the office building. OOC: Okay, I think I made a tactical error. Surprisingly there weren't that many soldiers running around since many of them were still waking up. However, the spy only have so much time before every last soldier is brought to one of the interrogation rooms for a brief questioning. There were several guards armed with assault rifles and automatic shotguns standing around in the hallway, including visible security cameras and a crowd of additional guards right outside of the building. "I don't recall seeing you before, who are you?" one of the guards asked. ----------------- OOC: Razgriz 2K9, if you don't feel comfortable with having the spy to lie, then you can RP the spy doing something else to get away from the guard. Pressing the trigger, the C4 charge detonated, creating a huge fireball and sent a shockwave that everyone in the Officer's building felt, Alex said to the guard in an American accent, I am Colonel Keaton, and I order you to find out what that shockwave was!"
