Helmet: Helmet protects against 8.1 g (125 gr) .357 SIG FMJ Flat Nose (FN) bullets at a velocity of 448 m/s ± 9.1 m/s (1470 ft/s ± 30 ft/s) and 15.6 g (240 gr) .44 Magnum Semi Jacketed Hollow Point (SJHP) bullets at a velocity of 436 m/s (1430 ft/s ± 30 ft/s). Conditioned armor protects against 8.1 g (125 gr) .357 SIG FMJ Flat Nose (FN) bullets at a velocity of 430 m/s ± 9.1 m/s (1410 ft/s ± 30 ft/s) and 15.6 g (240 gr) .44 Magnum Semi Jacketed Hollow Point (SJHP) bullets at a velocity of 408 m/s ± 9.1 m/s (1340 ft/s ± 30 ft/s). Power Supply: Hydrogen-fueled fuel cell pack that charges suit before and after use. Suit is active for 24 hours on main fuel power, but compression detectors in feet components converts mechanical 'compression' energy into electrical energy, acting as a secondary fuel source. Primary and secondary fuel sources are manually toggled by user

PROTOCOL FOUR: NAVAL EQUIPMENT ASSIGNMENTS

As per Addendum II & V, the RMN is seeing an overhaul of its ship layouts and all ships are to adhere to the new regulations by the year 2012. All newly ships are to be built to the upgraded & added specifications of the following:

ALL SHIPS

All ships are to adhere to the following capabilities:

-Self-producing energy source utilizing miniaturized fusion reaction generators that are self-contained; the source of fuel will result from breaking apart water molecules through various hydrolysis reactions in the ballast filters, thus increasing the hydrogen gas concentration in specified adjacent containers. Said containers will then filter the hydrogen gas into the reactors

-Stealth capabilities by lacing ships with radar-absorbing materials that create a 99.99% efficient invisibility cloak over the entire ship. This also comprises in the addition of s-shaped curvatures along the entire ship, creating a massive surface area of irregular impedance

SUBMARINES

-Submarines are too be upgraded with SONAR-immune materials, similar to the RADAR-immune materials, that absorb SONAR waves

-Submarines with nuclear devices are too be directly connected with UMS High Command at all times

DESTROYERS, BATTLESHIPS, CRUISERS

-Cruisers are to be equipped with 4 40mm rail gun utilizing tungsten rods

-Battleships and Destroyers are to be equipped with an array of 50mm and 60mm rail guns utilizing multiple tungsten rods; these guns are to be dual-barreled

-Destroyers are to be equipped with two bow-port side coil guns each that will utilize smaller titanium rods
