Californian Posted November 22, 2009 Report Share Posted November 22, 2009 You will have to formally request membership at a meeting with current CAN members and explain your nation, including government structure, economy, military, etc. and get approval from 4/5s of the current members. Fortunately, we are currently holding a meeting at the headquarters in St. Mystere, Disparu so we invite you to send a head of state or representative to this CAN Summit.
