comrade nikonov
If there is any heavy lifting involved, we can supply the Be-2500s to help. Furthermore, we are interested in developing home-grown deuterium production technology, although for now we will purchase GDR deuterium. Money has been wired, and we expect to begin construction soon. Locations chosen for the plants are Minsk and Homel.

For deuterium, you need a permanent connection to the ocean. Possible locations would be Moldova and the exclave in the Baltic. Construction of the plants will begin shortly." comrade nikonov
Ventspils should work fine for a deuterium plant. Research, planning, and design shall begin shortly, although for the short term we foresee dependence on GDR deuterium until it is cost effective to do it ourselves.
