What's the purpose of a leader?

I disagree. I would say a good leader admits to their weaker points and works with others to compensate for them without letting their pride get in the way. There's a lot to be said for a humble and realistic leader.

I wasn't saying that you should ignore your weaknesses as much as not dwell on them. A leader should not try to correct them but he should not let people see that weakness. It's hard to describe a leader I guess in words :P

Ah, ok, I see what you're getting at now. There's that fine line between admitting to a weakness and letting it become a dominant issue, certainly. There's also that line between moderating a weakness and attempting to cover it up without admission or acknowledgment of it.
