I would say a good leader admits to their weaker points and works with others to compensate for them without letting their pride get in the way. There's a lot to be said for a humble and realistic leader. I wasn't saying that you should ignore your weaknesses as much as not dwell on them. A leader should not try to correct them but he should not let people see that weakness. There's that fine line between admitting to a weakness and letting it become a dominant issue, certainly.
