(i.e. can't send/receive aid, can't collect taxes, etc.) And most importantly, how many days of not paying do these negative effects take place? Thanks in advance! Sanru Posted November 12, 2007 Report Share Posted November 12, 2007 The negative impact i know of is after 3 days you cannot purchase anything until you pay bills. You can always collect taxes, (though if you aren't paying bills, it is usually because you are saving up on taxes) and receive/give out aid (unless sanctioned).
