I posting this now to let people know that I trying to get a trade circle up that will give the most bonus resources to everyone in this trade circle. The bonus Resources are: Steel, Construction, Asphalt, Automobiles, Microchips, Radiation Clean up, Jewelry, and Scholars depends on your nation but scholars are option for some nations.
