Many bands local and foreign have been invited to play at the concert. A full list shall be released at a later time. Foreign dignitaries from all nations are invited to celebrate the festivities in style in Benghazi. The festivites shall take place at the Benghazi Royal Resort, owned by the Caliph's family. It will also involve the unveiling of the latest in Libyan Auto technology. OOC:You CNRPers have now been stuck with me for officially 365 days (even though its 11:33pm it still counts).
