For history's sake, bloc treaties should keep the old signatures on as long as those alliances are still members. You go through PWNAGE to get into PWN, so if they were downgraded, they are pretty much still in the same treaty frame. So if they downgraded it is acceptable to have old signature, and if they care so much, then they should have gave new signatures when they were downgraded like a month back, instead of now.
