Nagato the Great
This morning, over thirty members of the notorious Mandalorian gang The Hunteres invaded Encerti Temporary Prison and broke out ten members who had been captured during a police-gang confrontation the previous week. The Prisoners had been awaiting transfer to the Maximum Security Prison of Encerti, where it is likely they would have received the death penalty. "This is highly distressing," says General Secretary of Defense Jacob Borissean, who incidentally lost this years presidential elections. "We were counting heavily on interrogating and hopefully gleaning some information from those prisoners before their punishment." In a meeting with President of Mandalore Alek Sigint and his Senate, Borissean hinted strongly that his men had discovered information crutial to the war against the Hunters and their proxy gangs, but refused to do any more than hiint at it. Gang violence has always been a problem in this area, says expert Neils Manwe, even from the days as a protectorate. However, it appaers that since independence, the Hunters have swelled in power. In just two months, the number of crimes directly related to the Hunters jumped an alarming 15 percent throughout Mandalore. "Our police struggle daily with these creatures," Sigint said during the press conference. "Every day, at least one family loses a loved one to these vile cretins. The Hunters are little more than bloodthirsty raiders, with no respect and no limits." According to the police, about twenty five deaths were suffered in the attack, including fifteen police deaths and seven gangsters killed. Three other inmates were also killed in the fighting. A grenade demolished a portion of the main cell area, releasing twelve convicts including one high security murderer into civilization. Imperator Azenquor
Given the situation, the Ministry of Citizen's Affairs in Buryatia declares a travel advisory urging Buryatian citizens not to travel to Mandalore under any circumstances. Nagato the Great
Given the situation, the Ministry of Citizen's Affairs in Buryatia declares a travel advisory urging Buryatian citizens not to travel to Mandalore under any circumstances. The situation is not as terrible as the Ministry seems to believe. This gang violence occurs only in rather run-down areas of the capital, as the other areas are very well protected. We can assure you, as unlikely as it is, any Buryatian citizens are perfectly safe. I assume that any here are probably not living in the run-down areas. Anyway, we are planning to defeat the gangs once and for all, as we have discovered their main base of operations.

Generalissimo
Perhaps a more Libertarian approach is appropriate, why should government intervene in the underground economy? If the government of Mandalore insists on a bureaucratic solution, instead of battling gangs consider alternatives of taxation and oversight. Nagato the Great
"Good luck doing that without an army."-HRH King James I While we do not have an army, we instead invested heavily in a police force. We will use this powerful force to crush the gangs once and for all.
King Kevz
To: Mandalore Government From: Helzan Military Message Reads: Helzan has heard of your gang problem. Whilst we have no cultural or political ties to one another Helzan force do require training. Live weapon training to be precise. For no fee we will deploy forces to your nation to crush the gangs before withdrawing. Is this acceptable?
