The few days before the war actually began, people were doing that exact same thing to great comedic effect, but he did it as the attack was ongoing. That picture is hilarious for two reasons: One: I was trying to get the war in BEFORE NPO/TORN declared, (missed, sadly), and the second thing was, the guy who took the screenshot of it (not me) was trying to get only NPO/TORN wars against OV for the Wiki. Sadly, I snuck in and got my 5 seconds of fame which I then went berserk via Paint and created the worst posters ever for such a horrifically funny DoW that really shouldn't have been documented at all. ALSO: Somebody actually remembered that, and actually cared enough to quote it? Holy crap! I'M FAMOUS!!!! WOOO HOOO!!!!!!!!!!!! Yes this is me being excited, so suck it up because it's the one chance you've got at seeing it. Take your pictures, get your screenshots, because it'll never happen again. Thank you and good night. Maybe it's because of the almost universal support in the replies, in large part from people would in the following months switch to condemning Vox and supporting the Continuum, and then go full circle come April. Either way, I always find it enjoyable to, on occasion, take a walk down memory lane and read that thread over again. I read that thread over again, the other day . Although I was not around for the UJW, I remember reading that DoW in the archives in our forums when I first started playing two years ago. GOONS and FAN had a very similar culture and the strongest militaries at the time. Together, with the help of a few allies like Genmay they would have rocked the world.
