Californian Posted October 18, 2009 Report Share Posted October 18, 2009 Cairo Ultimatum Preamble: The Kuwaiti Emirate hereby declares the continent of Africa off limits to all forms of foreign imperialism. Nations not based in Africa will no longer be allowed to enslave Africans. Article 1: The nations of Germany, the Union, and the British Empire shall immediately leave all African holdings. a. Britain shall leave the lands of Djibouti, Eritrea, Sudan, Tanzania, Burundi, Rwanda, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Uganda, and Morocco. b. Germany shall leave the lands of Chad and Niger. c. The Union shall leave the islands of Cape Verde. Article 2: Foreign nations shall never threaten to attack lands of Africa for imperialistic purposes. a. Britain shall never have a military presence on the Canary Islands. Article 3: The Kuwaiti Emirate shall enforce this ultimatum a. The aforementioned nations will have 5 days to leave all African lands. b. If Article 3, subarticle a is not followed, The Kuwaiti Emirate will raise the current market price of 78 dollars/barrel of crude oil to 300 dollars/barrel for crude oil of the offending nations. We didnt know our influence was measured at the same level of someone who owns half the continent. Californian Posted October 18, 2009 Author Report Share Posted October 18, 2009 Unlike the British, we do not see the Union as true imperialists, and we agree that Britain is a bigger problem. However the issue lies that we have to be uniform and resilient in our claim, we cannot stop one foreign nation but encourage another. For too long Africa has been used by European nations and we simply want to stop this. At this point we bear no bad feelings towards the Union and share their dislike for the British Empire, but we do ask you to vacate the Cape Verde Islands. They have no strategic value other than a staging ground for an African invasion. We are more than willing to compensate people on the island that would like to be relocated back to the Union.
