King Kevz Posted October 18, 2009 Report Share Posted October 18, 2009 The Valkyria Doctrine This doctrine is to take effect immediatly, upon recieving the mark of Sandra Klein, resulting in immediate changes occuring across the nation. These changes are listed below and must be followed by both citizens and visitors of the nation of Helzan. Failure to follow these changes can result in either a fine, imprisonment or both. Changes to the nation of Helzan in accordance to the Valkyria Doctrine 1) Sandra Klein shall be known as Queen Valkyria Klein. 2) Military forces shall be streamlined into one single force. 3) All citizens of the nation must swear allegaince and loyalty to the Queen Valkyria. 4) Any and all citizens who refuse to follow the above change may leave the nation without ill will. 5) The national religion shall be the Word of Valkyria. Any other religion may put forth a request for a permit to practise. 6) Any and all treaties currently in effect are now cancelled though nations may restablish diplomatic connections if they wish. This doctrine can and will be updated as and when needed. Signed: S.Klein In celebration of her new doctrine and standing in Helzan a ceremonial set of armour and weapons have been produced for the Queen Valkyrie. The set consists of a suit of armour, lance and shield which the Queen Valkyrie shall wear when she attends foreign meetings and receives important guests. The armour itself is made of a light material as so to not hamper the Queen Valkyrie's movements and as per her request the lance will have a bladed tip. In other news roughly 47% of the population has left the nation stating either distrust in the Queen Valkyrie's leadership as well as a large number of other minor reasons. Whilst some experts are worried others state that with only loyal citizens left productivity should rise not fall. The military as of the now is being melded into one force so that each and every force sent out contains resources for launching sea, air and land attacks. The standing military personal shall be kept at 130,000 active soldiers with a fluctuating amount of reserves held or replacing casualties. OOC: All public information. Should any of those leaving make it this far south, they are welcome here. We also note that some people seem to have misinterpreted the facts...a fascist government would not even have allowed any of these people to leave, as pointed out by the new queen, and though they now have a state religion, they have not actually banned any religion from practicing.
