While in Cochin controlled air space the Bravox airplane would be under visual escort of an RCAF Su30 which would maintain station about 2km abreast of the plane. The CEO of Bravox would be met at the Airport by Minister of Industry, Dr. Mathew Joseph and escorted to the Hill Palace where he would be led to the meeting room where Commander of Royal Cochin Defense Forces, Gen. On the following day, a team of corporate executives lead by Firmino himself would arrive in Cochin and met Dr. Mathew Joseph at the airport. After some small talk, he was escorted to the Hill Palace and inside he met General Varma and Dr. Sharafudeen. Freitas took his appropriate seat and greeted the hosts.
