He might have been just messaging a lot of people in the hopes that he gets a response from some of them and might be able to guess if they were actually a banking nation or not. No real way to know. jer Posted October 5, 2009 Report Share Posted October 5, 2009 (edited) The guy is probably just desperate for money (maybe he spent all of someone else's tech deal money on infra or land, or something dumb like that) and messaged new players who had just received aid in the hope that one wouldn't know any better and send him some. Just forget about him, there is no way he can delete any nations because the only people who can do that are mods and the owner of a nation.
