After many weeks of no government or member activity it is in the best decision to disband It hurts me to announce this but I feel like it is necessary. Now, it’s time for us to do more than extend a helping hand, we will now open our doors for them as well. CoR’s government has officially disbanded their alliance, and recommend their members join OSA, though of course these members will be free to go where they like – this is not a merger or absorption. OSA makes no demands upon, nor do we claim any sovereignty over CoR’s former members save in so far as we are offering protection of those in the CoR AA for two weeks. Remember all those alliances who founded a while back? Everyone got annoyed at how many of them started up? Those who are successful are still going. Those who weren't, are disbanding around now.
