Military Organization

Total Strength: 420,040 soldiers, 1,931 tanks

The Caucasian Armed Forces are divided into several groups. The Royal Caucasian Army, the Royal Caucasian Marine Corps, Royal Caucasian Air Force, and Royal Caucasian Navy. There's also the Liberty Guard, charged with defending the government and areas of Caucasian patriotism. They are the elite of the elite, and are respected by all of Caucasia.

Liberty Guard: 10,040 soldiers

Caucasian Army

The Army is the main force of Caucasia. They are the largest part of the armed forces, and are charged with basic ground battles and warfare. Each Armored unit has 100 tanks to their regiment.

Total Size: 260,000

Caucasian Marine Corps

The Marine Corps is second only to the Liberty Guard in discipline, training, skill, and courage. They carry out a variety of tasks. They spearhead amphibious assaults and participate in ground combat. The Caucasus Guard is a special forces of the Marines, and are, in all ways, more elite than the Liberty Guard. Each Armored unit has 100 tanks.

Total Size: 150,000

Caucasus Guard; 20,000; Caucasus Mountains

Caucasian Air Force

The Air Force is the branch of the military established to take the war to the sky. Equipped with AF-42 Reavers and Tupolev Tu-160s, they are charged with dog fights, bombing runs, transport, and other such tasks.

DAB-37MkX: Strategic Bomber Variant, which can also double as a Maritime Patrol Variant.

DAB-37MkXN: Naval Patrol Variant with Anti-Submarine Warfare capabilities.

Sporting a revised bomb bay, the Naval variant usually carries AShMs, Depth Charges, Air Launched Torpedoes, and naval mines, in various configurations. It also has the ability to drop air launched lifeboats. This variant is tasked with three major roles, Anti-Submarine, Anti-Surface, and Search and Rescue. Sonobouys can be deployed from the rear of the fuselage. A large faring at the rear contains ESM sensors and a magnetic anomaly detector. The large payload and excellent range make the DAB-37MkXN an ideal platform for this role, while the jet engines are much less detectable via submarine than similar aircraft with propeller based engines, such as those used by the AARY previously.

DAB-37MqXR: Reconnaissance Variant, with a SFAF-37MkIV Reconnaissance pod.

DAB-38: Equipped with the absolutely massive AmSNC-900 Propfan engines, and a straight wing.

Features a long combat radius of 14,300km

Caucasian Navy

The Navy is tasked with defending the Caspian and Black Sea coasts. They also provide naval transport for personnel across bodies of water.

The Tigress can be armed in four different configurations. Each is suitable for different purposes:

A) 20762AT Turret- 20mm Auto-Cannon, 7.62 MG, 2XATGM Launchers: This is the standard multi-purpose turret, suitable for most operations.

B. 2020AT Turret- 2X20mm Auto-Cannon, 2XATGM Launchers: This turret allows more ammunition for its ATGMs, by eliminating storage of the 7.62 ammunition. It is meant to support Mechanized infantry against tanks.

C) 20762 Turret- 2X20mm Auto-Cannon, 2X7.62 MG: This turret allows more ammo for the 20mm and 762mm by giving up the ATGM capability. It also gives a lot more fire power against infantry compared to the ATGM turrets.

D) 2040 Turret- 2X20mm Auto-Cannon, 2X762 MG: This turret carries 2 40mm Automatic Grenade Launchers instead of the 7.62mm. This gives more HE on targets, but less fire volume.

E) All Lioness versions carry the multi-purpose, close range, 2X6 tube 80mm grenade launching system. Mounted on the front of the turret and fired from a panel in the commander’s controls, the grenade launchers are used to engage infantry at short ranges, up to 60 meters. The grenade types fired by the system are: Fragmentation, White-Phosphorus, Less-Than-Lethal “Flashbang”, Less-Than-Lethal Tear Gas, IR Screening, and IR Decoy.

Main Gun

105 mm M2K18 Mk 18 main gun

The main gun of the AR21 is the lightweight 105 mm M2K18 Mk 18 artillery cannon. The gun is highly durable and extremely resilient. The gun has a specially made fire control system that is made for it, and the gun performs poorly with any other system, which is why export customers have found it better to replace the weapon all together. The intended upgrade list will soon remove this feature and exchange it for a more generalized fire control system.

Secondary Armament

1x 7.62 mm machine gun

Rounds Carried

76 rounds carried for main gun

5,600 rounds carried for machine gun

Amphibious Systems

The system is fully amphibious with the capabilities to safely float across rivers and make amphibious landings. The system has a boat shaped hull designed especially for jungle rivers. The need to often for rivers in jungles was considered by the designers. As a result, the vehicle was designed amphibious. At first, this presented major issues with water entering the hull. so a billiage pump was added. The amphibious system finally was fixed.

Crew

3 men

Armor

30 mm, ERA is an option, though it would reduce speed

Engine

320 hp watercooled diesel

The engine is designed for speed so the vehicle was given an engine with more horsepower than needed. The engine is watercooled so that the operators can cool the engine with anything. The fuel saving technology allows for the vehicle to have extensive range. It is estimated that an engine burns only 10% of the fuel you put in, the other 90% going out the exhaust uselessly. This engine rectifies this, using 80% of the fuel you put in, and only wasting 20%. Upgrade projects are underway to make the engine use even more fuel and to increase the range even more.

Operational Range

1,000 km

Speed

56 mph off road, 72 mph on road

Systems

The systems are very basic. A passive radar, the fire control, and a laser range finder is all the vehicle has computer wise. This was designed to keep the cost low and because the vehicle is a jungle warfare vehicle designed for speed and complex computer systems would only complicate it's role requiring much more repair work.

Camouflage Technology

The vehicle is painted the color of the jungle to disguise itself. The vehicle can be painted all different kinds of paint to serve in all sorts of climates. There is also an option to paint the vehicle with stealth paint to reduce radar signature and to serve at night.

Variants

Mk I- Initial production model.

Mk II- Command version with the gun removed and targeting and other computers added.

Mk III- Stealth variant painted with stealth paint and runs with a silent engine.

The Royal Constitution

Preamble

As the Founders of the Kingdom of Caucasia, we do hereby swear to uphold this Constitution, to protect the People, and do all in our Power to Assist and Defend them.

Article I. Monarchy

Ultimate power shall hereby be granted to the current Monarch. He or she shall have the final say in all matters, whether they be civil, military, economic, or other.

Article I.A Succession

In the event of the current monarch’s death, an heir, appointed by the king or queen before his or her death, shall assume the throne. If no heir was chosen by the Monarch, the throne shall pass to his or her eldest child. If the monarch did not have children, rule shall pass to their spouse. If the monarch was unmarried, control of the nation shall be assumed by a Regency Council, consisting of the Royal Advisers and four elected Nobles.

Article II. Regency Council

Should a king or queen die without an heir, the current Advisers, and four Nobles selected by the People, shall become the Regents of the Kingdom. During their reign, they must select a new Monarch from the Nobility. Their powers span all that the Monarch’s did but for some exceptions. The Council may not engage in an offensive war under any circumstances, and may not sign treaties or form other binding pacts. The Council must select an heir by 2/3 majority within one year.

Article III. Nobility

The Nobles of Caucasia are the Upper Class, bound to their family. A Noble House will not be official unless recognized by a monarch, after which time the recognition is permanent, unless under extreme conditions. When recognized, Nobles may be considered for the Throne.

Article IV. Governors

Recognizing that the Monarch cannot have attention in every state at once, the Governor system is hereby established. Governors shall have jurisdiction over their respective state, shall be elected, and will balance power with State Legislatures. They are subordinates of the Monarch and the People, and both have the right to remove the Governor.

Article V. State Legislatures

The Legislative body of each state shall consist of 50 elected Legislators. They may veto acts by the Governor with a 70% vote, and may pass bills. They are subordinates of the Monarch and the People, and both have the right to remove the Legislators.

Article VI. The People

The People of Caucasia are to be the kingdom’s backbone. They may elect Governors and Legislators within their state, and are to be protected by the Monarch and Military of Caucasia.

Article VII. Foreign Affairs

The Monarch is obligated to honor his promises. Should any treaty need to be activated, the Monarch is required, under pain of death, to fulfill it, unless otherwise requested.

Signed for the People of Caucasia,

HRH King James Drake

Adviser Dan Donegan

Adviser Scott Stapp

The Rights of the People

Preamble

The Government of Caucasia hereby recognizes that people have certain, inalienable rights, and will not infringe upon these rights, under pain of death.

First Right

All Citizens maintain the right to free speech. No government establishment may in any way curb this right. This includes speech, television, radio, news, and other forms of media.

Second Right

All Citizens maintain the right to bear arms. This means, bluntly, they can keep whatever weapons they damn well please, short of grenades and other explosive devices, and certain military equipment.

Third Right

All Citizens have the right to their own religion. The government shall not sponsor or ban any religion from Caucasia.

Fourth Right

All Citizens maintain the right to a fair trial before a judge and/or a jury.

Fifth Right

No Citizen is required to testify against themselves in a Court of Law or other interrogation.

Sixth Right

No Citizen shall be subject to any form of physical interrogation, including, but not limited to, torture, cruel and unusual punishment, or waterboarding.

Seventh Right

Citizens are not required to house soldiers within their house. They may choose to do so, but may not be forced.

Eighth Right

Citizens may not be searched by government officials without a warrant.
