The Question is, for what Victory Percentage should you use a certain Ground Attack Type, aka, Cautious when you have either really low, or high chance of winning. Bob Janova Posted November 3, 2007 Report Share Posted November 3, 2007 The 'correct' percentages tend to be part of alliance's war guides and are found by experience, so I doubt you'll have anyone just tell you what they use.
