New change to tech multiplying.

Recommended Posts

two new things have been added. Return of Global Radiation :( and change of tech.

11-1-2007

- Global Radiation has been brought back into the game. The cap on global radiation is set at 4.0. There is no threshold for a happiness bonus for a low global radiation level.

- The nation strength of technology has been reduced from a multiplyer of 20 to a multiplyer of 5. Nation strength will update when you view your nation (or anyone else's nation)

Nation rankings are wonky, and will be for a bit. Nations have to be viewed for the NS change to take place. When this first changed over, I was knocked into 6.5% from 3.5%, now I am at 4.4% as nations update.

If you have an average amount of tech, you will end up close to where you started, in terms of ranking.

But..... not NS wise :P. Even though that hardly has much to do with anything other then hyped up tech or military. I guess it helps lower total amount of NS.
