The people who formed this CIS were all in the original CIS also. The only reason it failed was RL reasons. What a surprise! CIS giving up! Ironic who this comes from, considering the only reason you don't like this version of CIS is because you liked the one that came after. The one that gave up to the NPO before a war even began.
