Lynneth
And once I found out my multiplier, I still don't know what I'm multiplying.
Why not the higher number? Because that's silly. In cases like that, you always use the lowest number. Also, you multiply the subs you have ingame with the modifier. If you have 4 subs, 5,900 infra and 3,800 tech, you multiply with 3 the number of subs. Resulting in 12. Also, the BH rebels indicated that the legit BH forces received assistance from J Andres. Both ICly, are worth looking deeper into for GLP. Markus Wilding
You may want to screencap that again, except this time with a timestamp. GMs won't roll for spys until you get a screenshot with a timestamp on it.

The first roll is to make their government/mil unable to notice/respond to the invasion for maybe a few hours by screwing with their communication and detection systems. The second roll is, if the first one fails, for the same thing, and otherwise, it is to detect where his AADN SAM sites are located (So to be able to attack them later). On top of that this ship has much more armor than the Iowa: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iowa_class_battleship#Armor Top this all off, the amount of defenses it has, at 40 mm rather than the normal 20 mm and a lot more point defense tubes, and this ship seems way unrealistic. Executive Minister
I'd like to call attention to this ship, which in a fleet which seems a bit excessive, this seems beyond the pail.
My fleet seems excessive? I'm honoured.... To be quite frank, your factbook was one of many such threads I perused before making my navy... infact, I personally consulted your 'Xia Class Nuclear Powered Guided Missile Fast Battleship' for the Apocalypse's design, after deeming some other navies out there as being... excessive. If the length of the ship's size is the main issue, I'll gladly increase it to perhaps 400 meters, add an additional 20,000 t to its displacement and reduce its speed a few knots. If the ship's primary armament is your concern, I was under the impression that 16 inch turrets and the 2400 VLS were paltry compared to 96 ship launched ballistic missiles, 960 VLS, 10 railguns and 6 secondary turrets. The armor: based on the Arsenal ship concept of the US navy, the Apocalypse has an extremely high amount of automation, enabling it to carry and extremely reduced complement compared to other ships of comparable size. This space was interpreted by me to allow this armor. If anyone else has an issue with it, I'd gladly reduce it. The CIWS I have in place are upsized Pantsir and Kashtan systems. I do not have the luxury, nor the desire to RP with chemical lasers when others (including you, surprisingly enough) have '5 Retractable Quadruple Barrel 40 mm Close In Naval Guns', or '8 SeaRAM Close In Systems', and '2 3 Barrel Auto-Cannons' on the same ship. 40mm cannons are widespread on navies in CNRP, I will not suffer to be behind in this regard. I have even seen someone getting away with 'Fast-Fifty' CIWS systems. If my navy is excessive and unrealistic, think of it as me being ahead of the curve. Triyun
Requesting spy roll for patriotic citizens to hack the government websites of labrador and replace their messages with the East is Red playing on loop. Edit: EM I clearly specified that those were Polaris SLBM size Ballistic Missiles:
Dual Use Anti-Ship/ Anti-Ground Missile Bays: 96-Tube Ship Launched Ballistic Missiles (Polaris Size)
That is roughly the same size (actually slightly smaller) as the P700 which you employ several hundred of on your warship. Furthermore your description of the stats are deceptive on my battleship, as not all those rail guns are the same size, ranging from smaller ones designed to be on the DD-1000 destroyers to larger ones. Voodoo Nova
Can you request a spy roll for non-government actions?
If it takes up a slot, I don't see why not. The nation being hacked can still pursue the hackers if caught, etc, so it's not like there are zero consequences for the spy roll. The only issue that people could claim is similar to the "terrorist" in that the nation itself can't receive consequences.
