Teriethien
There need be no war if sense prevails in Yamato camp. The waters around Yamato are now under control of Cochin and Rebel Army Navies. We suggest you coordinate with Pax Pacis for any relief operations. We also suggest your navy to give notice to our forces in theater as that will enable us to create a safe passage for you. This is to preclude any accidents due to misunderstandings as we are at a high alert level. France wishes to take no part nor side in the political fighting leading to this outbreak of hostilities. Our motives are completely humanitarian and we make no distinction between civilians of either aggressor or victim. Formal notifications will be delivered to both Cochin and Rebel Army as our navy approaches the conflict zone. Our ships will also begin omnidirectional broadcasts clearly identifying themselves at that time. We understand the difficulties this may place upon Cochin and Rebel Army forces in the area, and wish to thank the naval commands of both nations for their understanding. Maelstrom Vortex
France appeals for all parties in this dispute to remain calm and refrain from further escalations. War is disastrous to all and benefits no one. However recognising that the aggravated parties are unlikely to back down at this point, the French government pledges its support for all innocent civilians who may be affected by this crisis. A naval task force centred around the aircraft carrier Jeanne d'Arc has been assembled and will set sail from La Rochelle immediately. They carry thousands of tonnes of emergency supplies and will assist the French Red Cross in distributing aid packages. They are expected to arrive at the conflict zone in two week's time. We wish to be clear to all involved nations that the Jeanne d'Arc Task Force is under strict orders to stay within international waters and will not attack anyone unless fired upon first. "We appreciate the humanitarian effort shown on the behalf of your government. If you need any assistance whatsoever, feel free to ask." Sir Keshav IV
"No ships are allowed near 10 nautical miles of our shoreline however small it may be. If it is found, it shall be given warnings to get out immediately. We see that both nations have no sense to talk this out before declaring war." Maelstrom Vortex
"We're only recognizing their war.. and we've given the most lenient surrender terms on record to make for a quick peace if Yamato wants a way out. Can't get much better than that."

Sumeragi
We find it laughable for DE to ask us to stand down when WE ALREADY have. Terms 2~4 will be discussed in the Naha conference. However, we shall never accept term 4.
Maelstrom Vortex
"You have yet to state that this war is over. If you state that.. without firing a bullet, we will accept a return to status-quo relations. This is your last chance to get yourself out of this conflict as we will not allow you to pull a Mariehamm and sustain an ongoing hot war indefinitely. This conflict needs a clearly stated closure of your hostilities and intent to conduct such." Sumeragi
If clarity is needed, we shall restate: We no longer recognized a state of war between Yamato and Lu as of our announcement concerning the demand for a conference. Now, let's try to keep things civil.
Maelstrom Vortex
"Congratulations, just by being clear on your intent you have adverted the war. Don't just say you've "stepped down" it really leaves people wondering your actual intent. The Empire recognizes the conflict as concluded without a shot fired. We're relaxing military status and glad that Yamato is willing to talk. No more shotgun diplomacy though alright? The next time you declare a war over such an easily resolved concern the Empire will not stop in its fulfillment. This is a promise." In the interests of peace we, Pax Pacis, shall be maintaing a force of Peace Keepers on the Empire of Lu-Yamato border for a period of two months to allow for any remaining underlying emotions to disappear after the two months are over the Peace Keepers shall be withdrawn.
