As the Governor of Infrastructure of the Dragon Bloc, and as a Member of the Hanseatic Economic Union, Dranagg has issued a plan to render the nations belong to the Bloc and Union free of Imported agriculture, 95% of their oil Imports, open up hundreds of hectares of what is currently farm land, and to employ thousands of people and machines.

The distilling of even inefficient corn into fuel to engines, at the scale planned, is enough to render oil drilling to expensive. Replace corn with perhaps Sugar cane, or even Sugar beets, and the energy returns are almost 800% better or more. Coupled with solar, wind, and other free energy sources the growing, distilling, and production of these fuels will be extremely cost effective for massive returns.

Additionally plastics can be created to remove the need for drilled oil int that field as well. Reducing the need to ever produce major oil wells to completely secondary consumer needs and research.

In certain facilities, depending on the type chosen by members, Deep Water Hydroponics can also be used to not only farm agricultural production, but fish as well. Removing the need for massive fishing fleets to continuously ply the dangerous oceans, and allowing for better control of the end result.

For nations not yet ready to convert completely over to hydroponics, or if they simply wish to gain the advantage of not having to be Dependant on the weather, and have year round growing, special indoor farms can be constructed, and later renovated should the switch to full hydroponics be made.

At this time each nation is asked to convert 10% of their underdeveloped city land, and agricultural land, into Hydroponic sky scrapers. With the abundance of natural earth resources of the DB and HEU the production of such a large number of facilities should be cost effective after only a few crops. Food and Energy Independence for the people living in the Dragon Bloc and Hanseatic Economic Union is possible, and easily attainable.

*Current Contracts that need to be fullfilled*

1. Equipment to rapidly construct, and open numerous tall sky scrapers in extremely short intervals of time in every world climate.

2. Production of equipment needed to facilitate basic hydroponic farming via pure human, Human/machine co-working, or exclusively automated systems.

3. Machinery and systems to run and maintain hydroponic systems.

4. Effective maintenance systems, emergency response systems, and security systems.

5. Production of equipment for Hydroponic functionality.

Contracts should be submitted ASAP. Local Contractors will be given preference if quality is the same as a outside contractor. Quality is the number one requirement in ALL contracts.

The Kingdom of Cochin is interested in implementing these projects in our nation. For starters we are offering a contract to set up hydroponic farms in a 100 acre reservation at Issykkul. Plenty of water is available from the lake and desalination plant nearby.

Dranagg expects each building to cost between 100 million and 1 billion dollars each depending on such various factors such as location, automation level, size, and potential complications.

The Republic of Dranagg is willing to pay 5% of the way for each building in every nation until the plan's goal has been reached. and pay the first two years of maintenance and security costs. The only return asked is a 5% ownership share in the building. If loss of ownership is a undesirable then nations may pay fully for the farms.

Dranaggan contractors, who have built low tech, but durable, small hydroponic skyscrapers in Dranagg have offered their expertise to this matter.

They can build hydroponic farms in the 100 million to 250 million dollar range with footprints anywhere from 1 acre to 10 acres. Heights of the buildings can go up to 20 to 25 stories depending on the foot print.

Advantages:

Durable construction methods

Most of their farms are subject to harsh temperatures and high winds. The buildings constructed are extremely durable to violent natural forces, and last considerable amount of time in calm weather locations

Modular construction

Dranaggan contractors use modular construction. Making segments of each floor at ground level then raising it up to its final place. This makes for a cheap, and efficient, method of construction, and for easier changing of planned buildings to be larger or smaller at the last minute.

Room for expansion

Dranaggan hydroponic farms are pre-planned to have room for expansion with automated machinery or additional workforce. All areas include this pre-planned expansion, and buildings are expected to stay up to date decades longer than buildings built for only the time.

Disadvantages:

No pre-installed advanced automated systems.

Dranaggan contractors do not have access to advanced hydroponic automated systems, and therefore buildings must be upgraded after construction. This means machines have to be smaller and possibly less efficient due to the requirements of getting them into completed structures. This problem could be circumvented by coupling a technology contractor with the Dranaggan contractors.

Buildings will lack aesthetics

Due to the high demand, modular construction, and need for durability. aesthetics has been sacrificed. While this may not be a problem on more remote farm areas, inner city skyscrapers might pose a eyesore to the public.

We suggest that Dranagg contractors choose some Cochin companies as technological partners. Larsen and Toubro is an accomplished infrastructural developer and Tratum Infotec will cooperate in designing and implementing more effective automation solutions.

The Department of Industry, Kingdom of Cochin shall be the liaison body for the work. Any facilities and materials required for construction could be sourced from the Kingdom itself and if materials are to be brought from outside the Ratnagiri port may be used for that purpose.

We are agreeable to a 5% ownership share to be given to Republic of Dranagg. We want to know the total amount for quote so that an advance could be readied.

On 100 acres plans for 9 Ten Acre buildings, or 87 one acre builds are in the works. Buildings are spaced apart to keep safety distances in case of fire. Closer distances are not advised.

9 ten acre buildings. 25 storys tall. 2250 acres of hydroponic farming. 2,250,000,000 total costs (ironic, isn't it?)

87 one acre buildings. 20 stories tall. 1740 acres of hydroponic farming. 8,700,000,000 total costs.

"Dragonisia will adopt the technology at the same pricing as Cochin and would like to see one of these structures deployed for every major metropolitan area to centralize food production. Dragonisia construction crews are ready and willing to work with the design architects to build them to the specifics given."

Nine separate major contractors have been hired to build each building concurrently. Each building should be open for production in one year's time.

Additionally Larsen and Toubro are being contracted to fill the orders.

Each acre is being contracted off at 2 million each for automated machinery in all areas. (security, maintenance, production, climate control. etc etc) This means that every building will be filled with 250 million dollars of technology and machinery. Raising costs to 500 million dollars total per building.

Dranagg will divide payments up to the contractor with the same timescale as Cochin is paying the Dranaggan building contractors.
