The Treaty of Northeastern Territory

After talks with Promised Land, We are pleased to announce the following treaty.

The Treaty of Northeastern Territory

Preamble; Agreement

To further relations, The Taiwanese Empire and Promised Land hereby agree to The Treaty of Northeastern Territory.

Article I; Annex of Northeastern Territory

Promised Land hereby agrees to cede the portions of the Northeastern Territory detailed in the map below to The Taiwanese Empire for a total of £20 million.

Article II; Annex of Mornington, Vanderlin, Centre, North, West, Watson, Forsyth and Bentinck Islands

The Taiwanese Empire hereby agrees to cede the Mornington, Vanderlin, Centre, North, West, Watson, Forsyth and Bentinck Islands to Promised land.

Article III; Non-Aggression Pact

In the transfer of these lands, The Taiwanese Empire and Promised Land agree to a Non-Aggression Pact.

Article IV; Rights of Passage

Promised Land may have free Civilian and Military pass through all Taiwanese Waters except the Taiwanese Canal, in which Promised Land shall have free Civilian and taxed Military passage.

However, any attempt to impede our civilian or military shipping between our own ports would be an aggressive action against the state, so an MDP would be moot.
