nerolocutus Posted July 3, 2009 Report Share Posted July 3, 2009 (edited) Just a fast question: I know you cant buy any improvements if your 3 days overdue in bills... but does this mean on the 3rd day you cant, or AFTER 3 days (so when it says your 4 days overdue)?
