This is the proposed Kitexian Defense Budget for the 2010-2011 fiscal year:

We are currently working on new body armor. Our current body armor looks like this:

We think you design for your personal armour to highly ludicrous and far out of your own reach. Simply put, statistical analysis on the advancement of your country shows you are nowhere near the level of technological competency required for such a system.

Secondly, we wonder why you would wish to replace a tank with a IFV? It makes no sense.
