My nation is seeking rapid advancement but my alliance, due to a costly war, has been unable to provide a good tech deal for months. I am proposing the following exchanges. All are equally beneficial to the two participant nations. -250 tech(given by the Empire of Ciara) in exchange for 7.5 mill -7.5mill(given to Empire of Ciara) in exchange for 9 mill (1.5mill given back every ten days...may increase in amount depending on nation advancement) -7.5mill(given to the Empire of Ciara) in exchange for 3mill and 150 tech Please PM me through the game NOT the forum if you are interested.
