Pax Pacis military forces numbering 70,000 soldiers and 200 hundred M1A1 battle tanks have been sighted moving towards the Pax Pacis/Dragon Empire border along with at least 40 Apache Gunships and a couple of dozen F-22 Raptor aircraft squadrons are providing air support. Their mission is unconfirmed for the public at this current moment in time but as soon as the government feels that they are ready to explain they will release a comment.

"At this current moment in time we are moving armed forces to our border with the Dragon Empire. We do not intend to take any offensive action against the Dragon Empire or to make any moves into their territory however, I thought it best to inform you of our movements seeing as you are our ally".

"You do what you must to do feel safe. However, make sure you do not anger the DE too much. If they feel threatened and attempt to nullify your defences our hands will be tied due to conflicting treaties".

"We intend to do nothing to provoke any aggressive action by the DE we just intend to make sure they have to realise that we are there and that hopefully they may devote some forces to the border for their defense."

"Pax Pacis?! Really?!"

Vikram nodded back to Sarah as he tucked the report under his arm. "They were extremely open about it. Maybe open enough that its really just a ploy."

"I would sincerely hope so." The Lady Protector sighed. "You realize that we gave that land to them to build a haven for peace, they don't need a military if they only wanted to have a haven. People wouldn't dare attack unarmed citizens." She thought. "Well, they wouldn't attack unarmed citizens without having the entire world come knocking at your door."

"Is there anything that we can really do?"

"Not at the moment. Just send a message to the Pacians. Tell them that if these moves result in a war of any such, especially aggressive. The entirety of the world would most like be moving against them."

"The treaty web?"

"Indeed. The Dragon Empire is quite safe under the stack of papers. Much like we are. But is that all Vikram?"

"Yes milady, nothing else to report today."

Sarah smiled and nodded as she turned back to the teacup and the newspaper in front of her.

OOC: Since Kevz said the movements weren't classified...just the message...

The New Cymru satellite in geostationary orbit over Burma picked up the movements with relative ease. As a result, two brigades of New Cymru troops were moved small camps that had been constructed in the mountainous border regions, about 20 miles from the borders of both nations. They moved only at night, and in small groups, and upon arriving at the camp, were operating under blackout procedures. Every possible precaution was taken to disguise the movements, but they were necessary. If a war of any knid were to break out, New Cymru did not want to be caught with her pants down.

The Emperor of Lu got word of this action done by Pax Pacis forces.

"They must be fools doing such an action would prove disastrous for their country but i should applaud them ,hehe showing military force against DE is most brave of them but foolish none the less, Soldier!!".

A man waked up to him (soldier):Yes Your Majesty!! ".

"Prepare our forces just encase we are needed but do not move unless ordered".

the soldier nodded and went to inform the Lu Military Generals.

The Executive Minister would like to formally express its solidarity with the Pax Pacifican's, and has duly noted its honourable contributions to the Nation of Nod and its people during the terrible plight in East Africa. We wish you well on your endeavours, and hope to continue admirable communications with your diplomats in the future after the current conflict is resolved

Luckily for Pax Pacis.. the Empire had taken the actions with a grain of salt. Besides the casual movement of a few reinforcing divisions closer to the border.. not even completely up to it.. just near it.. there was no other reaction out of the Empire besides a brief mention of the movements in Congress to which Anthony Davis ordered the previously mentioned actions.. while shrugging.

Reports came in of possible sighting of Dragon Empire forces moving to a forward position near to the border but seeing as they had no satellite cover themselves all their recon data came from scouts on the high ground. Still at least some military response had been made if not much and it would at least mean a slight amoutn of DE troops wouldn't be going to the Nation of Nod.
