"It's nice to see a man take an interest in the children he's fathered by so many different women."2. "Oh look, it's a baseball/hockey/D&D team on an outing with their coach!" 3. Meanwhile, attendees would think: 1. "Why is this guy dressed like a ten-year-old?" (I'm currently wearing camo shorts, a Bugs Bunny t-shirt and white skateboard shoes. Unless I have to go to a wedding or a funeral, this will be my basic uniform -- shorts, socks and t-shirts will change, of course -- until approximately mid-to-late October.)2. "Why is this guy so weird?" (I'm waiting to have back surgery. The amount of painkillers I'm on right now is considerable. [40mg of Oxycodone every eight hours -- plus an additional 10mg for those times when the usual dose just won't cut it.] My sense of humor is 'different' at the best of times and the meds are a very handy excuse.) 3. "Why won't this guy relax?" (When I finally have the back surgery, I'll be getting several vertebrae fused. This will have me standing/sitting up straight....permanently.)
