Sanru Posted June 30, 2009 Report Share Posted June 30, 2009 You and the person you with to aid in secret need the Federal Aid Commission Federal Aid Commission - $25,000,000 - Raises the cap on foreign money aid +50% provided that the foreign aid recipient also has a Federal Aid Commission wonder. Allows two nations with the Federal Aid Commission wonder to send secret foreign aid. Secret foreign aid costs the sender 200% the value of the items that is sent. Only much larger nations can support wonders, and the FAC isn't nearly as popular as many other ones to begin with. You won't be seeing this wonder for months, mininum. You won't be seeing this wonder for months, mininum. but it will be years if you keep Guerrilla Camps and the first wonders you want to buy is either SSS or Stock Market.
