Do you not recall threatening to log dump and spread SS of sensitive MHA info two days ago? You dug your hole and I'm going to make sure you end up at the bottom of it. You get no trial. In the Josshill case, the trial started when he was a hitchhiker. You left a couple weeks ago (without following correct resignation procedures, I might add). The meme prvate channels ftw pretty much covers this. We've shown you that we're willing to talk on IRC and in-game if you have any issues. Nor have I released any other information about MHA. As for blackmail, that is ludicrous, all i have ever tried to do was sort this out amicably, if you bothered to READ the log dumps you would see this was the case. That you are ALWAYS so quick to assume the worst of me states more about your own conduct than it does of mine. I think this is a case of someone being guilty of spying in a very technical sense of the word (did no damage and actually attempted to be helpful) and being subject to excessive punishment because you don't like them as a person. I wasn't aware you were government from the Mostly Harmless Alliance. We have matching forum accounts and Emily admitted to such after stirring !@#$ up with the evidence. Emily used another person's personal forum account, viewed information she no longer had access too, then proceeded to admit that she viewed that information to a member of MHA. Using another person's forum account to view information you know you aren't supposed to is and will always be spying. By using tristram's own definition, it is spying. She observed the thread secretly via another person's account. Just because she admited to it later doesn't mean anything. If she would have told MHA she was going to log in to another person's forum account and view information she wasn't supposed to see, don't you think they would have a problem with that? Of course they would, so why does her admitting to the fact after, and asking them to remove a thread not count as spying? It was done secretly before she admitted to her actions and thus constitutes spying, no amount of whining, trying to un-dig the hole via spying definitions and e-lawyering prevents that. Spying is spying, who knows what she was planning on doing with it, nor what else she took, just what she says she was trying to do. Any spy could say they were not trying to do anything bad, she left under not entirely happy circumstances, and then does this, who knows what else she could have tried to do. Regardless of intent she's in the wrong for logging in to MHA member areas when she is no longer a member of the alliance. I have no hostile intentions towards the majority of alliances but if I continued to log in to their forums after they mistakenly gave me a membership mask I'm going to guess they'd be pretty angry about it, whatever my reasons for doing so. Having said that I think ZI is a little harsh for simply this crime. Unless there is more to this being withheld by MHA for whatever reason I have to say I'm of the opinion that ZIing her for looking out for the interests of a friend is a pretty poor show.
