Ezequiel
There has been a lot of movement lately from the Taiwanese citizens. Over 20,000 Taiwanese citizens have bought passports to The Khmer Empire within the last quarter, that is a total of 15,000 more than last quarter. With so many Taiwanese moving, with the Khmer, particularly Quang Ninh Province, the Taiwanese out-number the Locals by a total of 2-1, there is no reason yet known, but it is thought to be that it is cheaper land than in Taiwan, but with the same feats. More at 11. *Message to Hun Sen** From: Emperor Nebu II of Taiwan To: Hun Sen, Emperor of Khmer Subject: Quang Ninh Province Good day Hun Sen, I am Nebu II of Taiwan, as you know. Recently we have had a lot of citizens moving to Khmer, particularly Quang Ninh Province. With the Taiwanese out-numbering the locals 2-1, we in Taiwan would like to buy the Province from you. You may not be up to giving up the land, but please consider that a lot of Taiwanese Citizens are living there and they out number the locals by 2-1. We would be offering the most high price for such land, on the upwards of the one hundred thousands. Please let us settle this out and we can meet somewhere if you would like. Nebu. Stefano Palmieri
--Reply-- To Emperor Nebu It does seem quite concerning the number of Taiwanese emigration into the KE. So I humbly invite you to my Palace in Hue where we can discuss the matter face to face. -Hun Sen
Ezequiel
*Reply to Hun Sen* We will be there within the hour. Nebu. *End* As Nebu arrives at Hun Sen's Palace in Khmer with his body guards, they are escorted into the palace, searched and scanned and they comesup clean. They walk into the conference room where Hun Sen is awaiting them. Good day Hun Sen, It is great to meet you. Might I say, what a great palace this is. Shall we get started? Now I understand that you are interested in aquiring Quang Ninh Province. I understand that you want it due to the large number of Taiwanese there. I personally have no issue with giving you it, however I do not think the Vietnamese will take it well. However Im sure we can come to some sort of... Arangement. Ezequiel
How about a diplomat stationed in Khmer, she goes by the name of Lyn-Z. She is single and may need a 'chaperon' if you know what I mean.. We would also be able to provide nuclear weapons to Khmer and locate them within Khmer. How would that deal work for you, Hun Sen? Hun Sen leant back in his chair. He hummed as he considered the proposal. "Ok. I accept on on two conditions. Taiwanese military personell arm the Nuclear weapons and if the International Community asks they are yours, just stationed in Khmer territory. Most Khmer have never heard of a nuclear war head let alone seen one, also the international community wouldnt react kindly if you were seen as selling nuclear weapons to non nuclear capable nations." Ezequiel
Nebu smiled and leaned forward... 'It looks like we have a deal Hun Sen. Our scientist will get on it as soon as they can and they will be ready for transport by next week. Now, shall you, or I, announce the Annex of Quang Ninh Province?'
