Current Rupees Available: $39,769,280.21 (Surplus) Technology: 2,625.26 Area of Influence: 4,370.125 mile diameter. 3,000.000 in purchases, 1,140.000 in modifiers, 230.126 in growth I appear to have all of the prerequisites covered for this wonder, but it's not showing up in my list of purchasable wonders. EDIT: I bought 1 mile of land so that my purchased land would be > 3,000 and it now shows up. Tiny error, but one easily fixed, I suspect.
