Kim il Sung
How would you like to invest in the developing country of the Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea? The DPRKorea is in great need of capital investment to assist in development. Comrade Kim il Sung
Admiral Schwarze
What do you mean by investing?
Pikachurin
What do you mean by investing? Giving foreign aid to them? This feels like a veiled attempt to get foreign aid from other nations. Kim il Sung, if you want to earn money, you should check if your alliance offers grants and tech deals. Or you can just sign up for tech deals in the Black Market. Supreme Commander Moneroi
The only aid the Asian demons will receive is a scud missile from us. We do not recolonize your sovereignty.
kitex
How about instead of trying to get aid from people, build up your own nation?
Supreme Commander Moneroi
Further requests from the Asian demon of the DPRK will be accepted by us as a declaration of war. We must assume that the funds they acquire will be used to build a military. That is unacceptable.
Markus Wilding
So because they require money to (possibly) help DEFEND themselves, it is unacceptable? Have you considered the fact maybe they need the money to buy more land or build infrastructure?
Supreme Commander Moneroi
Asian demon nations of the world do not seek infrastructure, only to gain nuclear weapons. We take this threat seriously, and will wipe the DPRK off the face of the world if need be.
Markus Wilding
We highly doubt that you could even touch them, as they have a much more powerful military than you. If anything, it is you that will be wiped off by the DPRK.

Pikachurin
The Government of Disparu believes that the DPRK is only trying to get foreign aid to rebuild their nation after losing a major war with the EoN. (OoC: taken from this thread) However, we are also confused with DPRK's request. In the past, your government leaders have told the world that you are self-supporting. Supreme Commander Moneroi
Pika, I would say that it is obvious that their policies in their nation are failing. It's common knowledge Korea is a nation with some of the highest famine rates in the world. They are unable to feed their own people or maintain a military after the money they wasted in the invasion of America. I have no doubt that if a nation were to send aid, it would not result in "development" of anything other then their military and nuclear weapons. Markus Wilding
Why do you feel the need to bash the DPRK? If we could, we would gladly spare money for these poor souls. We cannot, at this moment, because we too are developing and working on establishing a navy. We also would love to know where you got these numbers. Are they from a credited source not related in any way to your nation? Where and when did the DPRK invade America? Our reports show nothing of the sort. Perhaps the Empire of Nations should queit it's tongue before somebody else decides to cut it off.
Supreme Commander Moneroi
The Empire of Nations will not submit to threats. We got those numbers from the Empire of Nations Global Census 2008. I assure you our numbers are accurate.
Markus Wilding
Really? Then prove it to us. We refuse to believe this without actual proof. Give us an accurate number about us, the USB. If it's right, congratulations. If it is wrong, then you may have just dug yourself a deeper hole.
Pikachurin
Perhaps they are now canceling their policies of self-reliance, since it has been proven to be ineffective in the past, and asking foreign aid might be the first step to open the Korean economy to the world. We would like to help DPRK, however we are currently investing our money for the Eterna Stock Exchange, and we prioritize other member nations of TDO first. If the DPRK wants foreign aid, they might have to do something in return. We encourage DPRK's government to check with their alliance if they do technology deals with larger nations. ----- We see the EoN as a greater threat than the DPRK, due to the recent EoN attacks on Anulite, Jetsa and New Cermany
Jesse Hamric
The attacks of New Cermany and Jetsa were done out of pity for it's people. The nation is in anarchy and people are starving. We are simply attempting to liberate what could be seen as an old junk car, and make it into something new and beautiful. Anulite on the other hand was what I believe to be mis-information on part of our intelligence. The officers responsible have been.. dealt with.. and we have resumed peaceful relations with that nation.
Markus Wilding
How about we wipe you and your people from all existance instead? The least you can do is send the people some food. As Disparu has said, we see you as more of a threat than the DPRK.
Jesse Hamric
We will not heed to threats of violence. Our people are strong and resilient. We care very much for the starving people of the world and we want to help them.
Pikachurin
But declaring war on fallen nations, such as Jetsa and New Cermany, will only result in more military and civilian deaths, and the destruction of the nation's remaining infrastructure, technology and land. If you are really concerned with the welfare of Third World Nations, such as the DPRK, you should send monetary and military aid instead of blasting them into oblivion.
