Preamble This treaty is signed and agreed upon in good faith, with a foundation of friendship, cooperation, and mutual respect. Both signatory alliances will work together to pursue a better future putting cooperation and diplomacy before aggression. Sovereignty In the signing of this treaty both alliances remain sovereign. Completely retaining their individuality and political ideology. Non-Aggression No member nations of either alliance will declare war on, or knowingly aid or help in any manner, an enemy of the other alliance. Nor will any member of either alliance spy or commit espionage against the other. Friendship All members of the signatory alliances will treat the other as if they were one of it's own. When addressing grievances, all members will use proper respect and seek proper diplomatic channels in resolving the issue. Information If either of the signatories find themselves in possession of any information that might impact the security of the other, they will pass on that information through proper channels. Assistance The signatories are under no binding agreement to provide military or financial aid to the other alliance; if such aid is needed the requests will be made known via the embassy of each alliance or directly between the alliance leaders. The alliances involved will also work on Trade circles, Tech deals, and growth aid. Each of the alliances will make their trading forum viewable and accessible to the necessary members of government from the other alliances to help coordinate trading circles to the benefit of all parties involved. Withdrawal It is recommended that all diplomatic options are used to preserve this treaty. However if either alliance wishes to with draw from the treaty they will give 48 hours notice, that will be posted in both Embassies. No act of aggression will take place between the two alliances directly or indirectly till the 48 hours have passed.
