Sumeragi
*Classified Message To Cochin* Yamato would like to discuss several issues with the Kingdom of Cochin. First, Neo Japan had sent 200,000 young Kyokujitsujins under the assumption of "terrorist threat" to Cochin, and we would like to bring them back to Yamato. We shall pay the expenses. Second, Tenmu Heavy Industries is interested in developing a steel industry in Cochin. As one of the largest and most effecient producers, Tenmu would help the Kingdom come to the frost as one of the large industrial nations. Information on the offerings can be seen here. king of cochin
On the first matter, the said Kyokujitsujins are well settled in Cochin now and many of them are gainfully employed. If they seek to emigrate to Yamato they need to submit a petition to the Department of Interior and their emigration can be expedited. Regarding the steel industries, Cochin already has a booming steel and infrastructure sector and Yamato is welcome to set up operations in Cochin. You will have to coordinate with our Department of Industry on that. We are already a very large industrial nation however our companies could do with a little competition. king of cochin
The Department of Interior has received a petition from a delegation of Kyokujitsujins who state that they want to emigrate to Yamato. The applications for these 200,000 people have been accepted. They shall all be provided special parting gifts by the Kingdom as a reminder of the Perumpadappu Swaroopam. As and when Yamato is ready to accept them from the Kingdom, you can send your aircrafts to Urumqi International Airport. Transit facilities have been provided for upto 2000 people to stay at the airport to await their trip.

king of cochin
As per new developments and some new intelligence received by RCPF, we have ascertained that the people who have petitioned to emigrate to Yamato are not indeed Kyokujitsins but Han Chinese and Mongolians who had been in service of the Altin Urda nation. Since they had petitioned on false data their emigration is canceled and the people in transit lounges have been ordered to go home. We regretfully decline the offer of gold bullion as the matter of emigration is not successfully resolved. Royal Cochin Police Force has launched an investigation on those people who had drafted the false petition. The Kingdom of Cochin reiterates that there are no Kyokujitsins in Cochin.
